All orders are subject to verification and approval. Glosify.in reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to limited stock, payment issues, shipping restrictions, suspicious activity, or policy violations. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is placed, it will be packed and shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on the shipping partner and your location. Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary during high-demand seasons or unforeseen conditions.

Customers have up to 48 hours after delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund, but only for eligible cases such as receiving a damaged, broken, or unsealed item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (within 5–7 working days) or to the Glosify Wallet (within 48 hours).
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before the item is picked up by our courier partner. In case of late cancellations (after pickup), ₹49 shippingcharges will be deducted from the refund.
